Get out of your head and into your body!
Experience less shame and more connection with intimacy coaching.
Shame lives in silence and grows in isolation — but you don’t have to face it alone.
Welcome! I'm Rebecca. As your coach, I’m here to offer a safe, welcoming space where you can show up just as you are — fully seen, fully accepted, no judgment.
At Unscripted Intimacy the mission is to support you in breaking free from the sexual scripts that no longer serve you. Together, we’ll work to release shame around sex and your body and reveal what helps you to feel seen, safe, and turned on, so you can reconnect with pleasure that feels genuine, consensual, and empowering.
We’ll use tools like de-shaming practices, somatic and breath-based techniques, guided meditation, tuning into pleasure, learning about erotic blueprints, modeling consent, sensual movement, and exploring boundaries — all tailored to you and your journey.

About
Hi, I’m Rebecca — a certified intimacy coach and sexual wellness professional based in New York City.
I support people who long to reconnect with their bodies, release shame, and experience more ease, confidence, and pleasure in their lives. Whether you’re navigating challenges with intimacy, exploring your desires, or just trying to feel more at home in your skin, I’m here to support you with curiosity and zero judgment.
My coaching blends open, honest conversation with body-based practices like breathwork, guided visualization, and movement to help you deepen your self-awareness and feel grounded in who you are.
In addition to my role as an intimacy coach, I have been a sexual health researcher for over 20 years — with a master’s in public health and a focus on sexual behavior, HIV prevention, and developing products that make sex safer and more pleasurable for people of all genders and identities.
However, personally I spent years feeling disconnected from my body and my own pleasure, and I experienced a lot of shame around my sexuality. I was unaware of what my sexual accelerators and brakes were. Once I learned to step into myself as a sexual being, I felt empowered to move through the world in a completely different way and I became passionate about sharing the tools I had learned with others.
Through it all, one thing has stayed the same: I care deeply about creating spaces where people can show up fully, feel seen, and reconnect with the parts of themselves that have been quiet for too long.
If you’re ready to let go of shame and step into a more embodied, authentic version of yourself — I’d be honored to walk that path with you.
